Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

To start a return, email info@seventhumbs.com with your order number and reason.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once inspected, refunds are approved or denied. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
